Stumble Upon is a tool bar for Explorer and Firefox, where you click and it sends you to a website that meets your personal preferences when you sign up. When you "Stumble" the websites that you are brought to are recommended by either your friends or the millions of other members that have similar interest you do. You can either put a "thumbs up" if you like the site or a "thumbs down" if you don't, which creates something that resembles channel-surfing but on the web.
They offer a lot of various topics to choose from so each "Stumble" provides the most relevent content. The more you "Stumble" and rate each site, the more the tool bar learns about you and provides more sites that are similar to your interests.
